Job Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, assist and evaluate customer service agent both voice and non-voice operations
- Conduct and document weekly staff meetings and compliance training concerns grooming standard
- Motivate, promote and direct staff to meet goals and encourage staffs through positive communication and feedback
- Develop individual & team goals and implement plan to carry out objectives
- Conduct & document compliance training
- Keep track of attendance, daily statistics, paid time off, sick time and coordinate
- Create a detailed plan of the way in which you plan to impact your team's day-by- day performance
- Develop schedules with agent staffs each month to ensure all objectives are covered 
- Schedule residual training, departmental meetings, and computer program training
- Truly understand what your agents are facing

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field 
- At least 1-year experience as Call Center or Customer Service Agent
- Able to work in shift if required
- An experience in team management is a plus 
- Understandings in Call Center or Customer service operation
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications 
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, in both oral and in writing 
- Good command of English, both oral and in writing 
- Leadership, planning and analytical skills

Salary: 25,000 baht or above
