Job Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer questions and
inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding
the clients' products or services through different channels such as calls, emails and
chats
- First tier point from customer service team and thus expected to solve related cases
- Ability to define root cause and report to Team Leaders or related parties for further improvement
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
- Accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Continuously identify work process improvements and communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Background as Customer Service or Call Center is a plus
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- Able to work in shift
- Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing.
- Good command of English in, both oral and in writing. (TOEIC level of 550 test result achieve within 2 years will be advantage)
Salary: 18,000 baht or above
