Job Responsibilities
- Identify staff training and development needs, and for planning, organizing andoverseeing appropriate training.
- Assist in the preparation of the relevant data and talent development analytics foroperational and management analysis purposes at country level
- Prepare and update training material, conduct training class and evaluateparticipants
- Support the communication, education and execution of talent developmentpolicies and processes
- Help and maintain the positive engagement with employees
- Conduct training session and orientation for new employees and managementteam
- Supervise training team and subordinates
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in Training or HRD
- An experience in team management is a plus
- Understandings in Call Center or Customer service operation is highlyadvantaged
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Interneapplications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in writing.
- Good to Excellent Command of English, both oral and in writing.
Salary: 30,000 or above
