Ms. Busabong Mingkwanyoen, BSC INTERNATIONAL executive overseeing overall product image within the BSC group, has provided an interview about the experience gained from using Social Analysis services through MarTech technology, stating, "What we clearly see is a significant change. We have improved efficiency in our work, whether it's increased engagement with our fan page, or increased customer engagement with the brand. What is MarTech?

MarTech (Marketing Technology) is software used by marketers to enhance the efficiency of marketing operations, involving various tools and platforms used by marketers for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns. These tools make marketers' planning easier.

Which transcosmos services are currently being used?

          We use 2 services from transcosmos: Social Listening and CDP (Customer Data Platform). We have been using the Social Listening service for one and a half years. What we clearly see from the service is that it improves efficiency at work, increases followers on our fan page, and increases engagement with customers towards the brand.
          With transcosmos' services, we can manage data, respond to customer demands or interests, and plan marketing strategies well, ultimately leading to an increase in BSC sales.

From a management perspective, what is the importance of the results or data obtained from the tools?

          For the data we obtain, we analyze, plan, and think about how to gain consumers loyalty and want to purchase our products. This is the main concept or key point for brand and marketing professionals. The important thing is that we can know the customer’s pain points from the comments they mentioned to our brand, allowing us to quickly solve the issues.
Therefore, BSC's marketing team can follow various trends and respond promptly to consumer’s need.

How do you feel about working with transcosmos?

          Ms. Busabong Mingkwan mentioned, "Most of the transcosmos team are young generation, despite the generation gap, it’s not difficult to tune in as we have learned new stories and trends, especially for marketing trends, from them. And what's more important is that whenever we ask for additional support or tasks, transcosmos team never says no. They will always support with ‘Nothing is impossible’ attitude. This makes me very impressed about them.
