- Respond to customer inquiries via Email, chat, or messaging platforms.
- Provide support and assistance with product or service-related questions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in the customer service field is preferred
- Proficient in both English and Thai communication
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates honesty, possesses a service-oriented mindset, and exhibits strong interpersonal skills
