- Provide timely and accurate assistance to English-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Manage inquiries and complaints received through various channels.
- Collaborate with partners to resolve related issues.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in any fields 
- Experience in Customer Service field
- Good Communication in English
- TOEIC is above 500 (Required)
- Computer literacy and good in Microsoft office
- Be honest, service mind and good interpersonal skill 
- Can start working immediately
