Job descriptions

- Provide technical Support for Computer hardware and software systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot Computer problems, including hardware, software, peripherals, Communication devices, and network systems for company employees.
- Offer guidance and recommendations on Computer hardware, software, and network usage.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

- Proficient in IT, including hardware, software, and internet network systems.
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues effectively and responsibly.
- Experienced in the field for 6 months to 2 years (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in shifts.
