Content Moderator (Khmer + English / Thai + Khmer)

This is a contract on-site role located in Chiang Mai for a Content Moderator familiar with Khmer and Thai languages. The Content Moderator will review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content in compliance with client policies and guidelines. Additional tasks include analyzing flagged content for decision-making, providing customer support, and ensuring a safe and positive online environment. Training will be provided as part of the onboarding process to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and review short video content to ensure compliance with legal requirements and community standards.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Community Content Security Standards.
- Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the Content Management System (CMS).
- Coordinate with supervising departments to address violations of community regulations in a timely manner.
- Update and refine operational standards to ensure effective content governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field. (New graduated are welcome.)
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing and evaluating content accurately
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer, Thai, and English
- Proficiency in customer service to handle user inquiries and concerns
- Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and procedures
- Proficiency with common computer office tools and CRM systems is advantageous
- Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity in a diverse multicultural environment
