Job descriptions
- Coordinate with customers to resolve issues related to the application usage
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, and provide appropriate solutions
- Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotating days off)
- Working Hours: 09:00–18:00, 11:00–20:00, 14:00–23:00
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Age between 20–35 years
- Candidates with experience in call center, chat support, coordination, or outbound/inbound calling will be given special consideration
