Job descriptions

  • Coordinate with customers to resolve issues related to the application usage
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat, and provide appropriate solutions
  • Working Days: 5 days/week (2 rotating days off)
  • Working Hours: 09:00–18:00, 11:00–20:00, 14:00–23:00

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Age between 20–35 years
  • Candidates with experience in call center, chat support, coordination, or outbound/inbound calling will be given special consideration
