Customer Service (Shopping Application)

Job descriptions

  • Handle incoming customer calls to provide information, advice, and various types of assistance via telephone
  • Receive and handle customer complaints
  • Work 5 days per week with 2 days off (24-hour rotating shift schedule)
  • 5-month contract (renewal available)

Qualifications

  • Able to start work on 11 May 2026
  • Age between 20–39 years (open to all genders)
  • Thai nationality
  • Education level: High School (M.6) / Vocational Certificate / Higher Vocational Certificate or higher
  • Basic computer skills
  • Training will be provided before starting work
  • Candidates with experience in call center or customer service will be given special consideration
