Customer Service (Shopping Application)
Job descriptions
- Handle incoming customer calls to provide information, advice, and various types of assistance via telephone
- Receive and handle customer complaints
- Work 5 days per week with 2 days off (24-hour rotating shift schedule)
- 5-month contract (renewal available)
Qualifications
- Able to start work on 11 May 2026
- Age between 20–39 years (open to all genders)
- Thai nationality
- Education level: High School (M.6) / Vocational Certificate / Higher Vocational Certificate or higher
- Basic computer skills
- Training will be provided before starting work
- Candidates with experience in call center or customer service will be given special consideration
