Qualifications

  • Higher Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of Contact Center experience (banking industry experience will be given special consideration)
  • Fresh graduates with confidence in communication and willingness to learn are welcome
  • Basic computer skills and service-minded attitude
  • Able to work in shifts and overtime
