Job descriptions
- Handle credit card information and banking services
- Coordinate and follow up on customer cases
- Introduce products or promotional campaigns of interest

Qualifications
- Higher Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of Contact Center experience (banking industry experience will be given special consideration)
- Fresh graduates with confidence in communication and willingness to learn are welcome
- Basic computer skills and service-minded attitude
- Able to work in shifts and overtime
