Call Center (Bank/Insurance)

Job descriptions

  • Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and live chat support for customers (non-sales role)
  • Provide customers with information regarding insurance services, including renewals, claims, and coverage details
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the system
  • Training will be provided before starting the role
  • Working 5 days per week (2 days off based on team schedule)
  • Shift schedules: 08:00 - 17:00, 09:00 - 18:00, 10:00 - 19:00, and 11:00 - 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Mathayom 6) and above
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Call Center role
  • Experience in banking or insurance industries will be an advantage
  • Service-minded with the ability to work well under pressure
